In 2016–17, women represented 27% of our workforce. By 2022, that number had grown to 46%, reflecting a deliberate shift toward balanced representation. Today, our teams bring together diverse professionals across levels—50% entry-level, 36% mid-level, and 14% lateral talent—working together to power our global delivery engine.
